一位35歲的男性骨折患者,進行右副甲狀腺腺瘤切除術後改善其副甲狀腺亢進症狀。後因症狀再發,核醫 Tc-MIBI造影疑左副甲狀腺腺瘤,入院作手術治療最後證實為左甲狀腺下極處副甲狀腺腺瘤。

A 35-year-old male patient with fracture was treated with right side parathyroidectomy to improve his symptoms of hyperparathyroidism. He was readmitted due to recurrence of the symptoms. The Tc-MIBI scan showed a suspicious focus of left side parathyroidoma (parathyroid adenoma). After operation, the lesion was proved to be a parathyroid adenoma at the lower pole of left thyroid bed.
