一位34歲女性一年來於雙側小腿及右前臂發現有無痛、固定的硬結節。治療前之錄－67-檸檬酸鎵全身掃描顯示左大腿、雙側小腿、右前臂、縱膈腔與雙側肺門有多處攝取增加。病理切片顯示爲肌肉型類肉瘤病。在使用類固醇治療後，病患的臨床症狀改善。治療後的鎵－67全身掃描顯示前述病灶之攝取消退，與臨床表現相符。此病例指出鎵－67全身掃描在評估肌肉型類肉瘤病的活性及監測治療效果上是個有價值的工具。

We present a case of 34-year-old woman with painless and firm nodules in bilateral calves and right forearm for one year. 67Ga-citrate (67Ga) scintigraphy performed prior to therapy showed multiple gallium-avid lesions in the soft tissues of left thigh, bilateral claves, and right forearm, as well as mediastinum and bilateral pulmonary hili. The biopsy findings proved muscular sarcoidosis. After treatment with methylpredisolone, the clinical condition improved and 67Ga scintigraphy showed diminished uptake in previous gallium-avid regions. In conclusion, gallium scintigraphy may be a valuable tool for evaluating disease activity and monitoring therapeutic response in muscular sarcoidosis.
