雷射圖案技術已廣泛地應用於顯示器的電極圖案加工,但由於軟式顯示器的崛起,基材的材料勢必影響到加工後的品質。本文針對導電薄膜在玻璃基材與軟性基板上經雷射加工後,觀察加工邊緣隆起程度,藉以探討雷射能量密度與雷射加工重疊率對重熔區高度之影響,這有助於了解雷射加工時軟性基材所扮演的機制,同時可獲得優良的電極品質。
Laser patterning technology has been widely used to manufacture the electrode of display. Because flexible display is a trend, substrate material will play a key role to affect ablated quality of the electrode. After patterning these ITO/glass and ITO/PET materials, the edge of the ablated sections was observed the melt ridge build-up on both samples. This study investigated the edge of the ablated sections was relative to fluence and overlap of laser in order to obtain optimal ablated quality of the electrode.
