中文摘要

本研究旨在了解青少女運動情形,並探討運動自我效能、運動社會支持、自覺運動利益及障礙等社會心理學變項與運動行為關係。本研究以立意取樣法,選取三所國立牽定一年級女學生為研究對象,利用自填問卷方式進行資料收集,共得有效樣本686人,回收率達98.7%。所得資料以敘述性統計及複迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析,結果歸納如下:青少女近四成有規律運動行為;運動強度以輕至中度運動為主,從事中至激烈程度運動者其規律運動行為的表現較好;青少女在缺乏時間及運動未感有趣時具低自我效能及高自覺運動障礙;所有研究變項對青少女運動行為的解釋力為24.4%,來自老師的運動支持、運動自鄉效能及自覺運動障礙能顯著預測青少女的運動行為,尤其是來自老師的運動社會支持影響力最大,但卻是青少女感受到最低的社會支持來源。研究者針對研究結果對未來青少女運動研究方向及促進運動行為介入計劃提出多項建議。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to investigate the exercise behavior of female adolescents, and to examine the relationships between exercise behavior and selected psychosocial variables, such as exercise self-efficacy, exercise social support, perceived benefits of exercise and perceived barriers of exercise. 686 female freshmen from three national universities were selected to participate in this survey. The data was collected with self-administrated questionnaire. Descriptive statistics and multiple regression were used to analysis the data. The results showed that: (1) participants nearly forty percents practiced regular exercise, (2) the more popular intensity exercise was light-moderate exercise, but involved moderate-vigorous intensity exercise had better regular exercise behavior, (3) participants had low self-efficacy and high perceived barrier when lacking of time and fun, (4) the 24.4% variance of exercise behavior could be explained by selected psychosocial variables. Social support of teacher, self-efficacy and perceived barrier were significant predictors of female adolescents’ exercise behavior. Social support of teacher was the most important predictor of female adolescents’ exercise behavior, but the lowest than peers and families. Some recommendations as the further researches and intervention strategies for improving female adolescents’ exercise behavior, but he lowest than peers and families.
