想,諸如典範、常態科學、異例等字眼,經常出現在護理學術性文章。本文先對護理知識演化
的歷史背景作一簡要概述,次而說明孔恩的典範與科學革命,最後以孔恩的典範及科學革命,對
護理知識進行省思分析作一總結。
Kuhn’s thoughts on scientifc revolutions, published in 1962, had a huge impact on many disciplines. In order to gain a foothold in their professional discipline, nursing scholars in the early stage aggres-
sively borrowed knowledge from other disciplines, including Kuhn’s outstanding thoughts on scientifc revolutions, such as paradigm, normal science, and anomaly, that frequently appeared in scholarly ar-ticles in nursing. This article, therefore, frst introduces the evolutional historical background to nurs-ing knowledge. Secondly, it elucidates Kuhn’s paradigm and scientifc revolutions. Lastly, it refects upon and analyzes nursing knowledge using Kuhn’s paradigm and scientifc revolutions.
