背景：建築物火災常造成人員逃生及緊急救援的困難，特別是高樓火災更加重緊急救護逃生的困難性，本研究係探討空中緊急救護對高樓火災災民救援逃生之成效。方法：回朔性之以問卷方式，問卷調查的對象站，2005年曾有兩次在高樓火災中，被直升機採取空中掛吊救援下來的民眾。結果：問卷調查13位災民回收的結果，實際收案共有11位。結論：未來高樓之建築物必定是越蓋越多且越高，緊急救護的困難度也隨之增加，本研究結果顯示對無法由地面逃生的災民採取空中救護之成功率極佳，直昇機空中緊急救護可以超越陸上障礙及從高處逃生避免困在建築物中和避免呼吸道傷害必定是未來的趨勢。

Background: The fire in the building often causes the difficulty of personnel flee and emergency rescue, especially the fire arises in the high-rise building. Our purpose in this research is about the effect of helicopter rescue in the victims flee from fire in the highrise building. Material and Method: This is a retrospective study by using the questionnaires. The interviewees are the victims who experienced two previous fire accidents in 2005 and were successful rescued by the helicopter ambulance from high-rise buildings. Results: We included thirteen persons and retrieved eleven questionnaires finally after excluding two persons. Conclusion: In present trend, there will be more and more high-rise buildings to be constructed. Therefore, it increases the difficulty of the emergency rescue. The results revealed the excellently successful rate in the victim's rescue, the victims who can not escape from the ground. It must be a trend in the future to adopt the helicopter rescue because of that it can surmount the obstacles in the ground rescue, it also can avoid victims stranding in the buildings, and the inhalation injury.
