本文以傳記的方式,以校長領導的觀點,首先從校長、教師與社區關係的建立與維持、衝突,分析學校組織運作中人際的交互關係,與校長領導的潛在意圖。再從教學與行政工作的安排,探討山區小型學校人力的困境,可能遭遇如學生留校與寄讀等問題。進一步說明山區小型學校的社會教育功能,與如何支援社區的相關活動。最後提出經費運用管理的看法,與處理校地的折衝。本文分析一所山區特偏國小組織的實際運作情況,並探討學校組織運作之重要事件與作為,具體呈現學校組織運作的作為及面臨的問題,與校長領導的思慮。

英文摘要

Written in the format of autobiography, the article presents viewpoints. It starts with analyzing the interrelated human relations of school operation and the principal’s leading intention through the relation build and maintains and conflict among principal, teachers and communities. Moreover, it discusses the manpower difficulties such as keeping students after school and boarding issues that a small-scale mountain school encounters through its educational and administrative arrangements. It further studies the social educational functions to support the community activities as a small-scale mountain school and how it. It finally talks about budget arrangement and school property settlement. It analyzes the operation of a remote mountain school and discusses the significant the significant events and accomplishments of the school organization operation. It specifically points out the accomplishments and difficulties of the school operation and the principal’s concern about leading a school.
