中文摘要

近年來建立學校原景受到泛地重視,被視為進行學校品質管理、學習組織、願景領導、學校本位管理和學校本位課程發展的重要工作。本研究主要探討邁構國民中小學學校願景的相關課題,分析發現願景、信念、宗旨、使命、目標、目的、價值觀等概念的意?不同,且具關聯性,也整理出學校願景的四向度評鑑規準、四類要素、三類影響因素、三類建構方法和流程,而經由檢視內外若干國民中小學學校願景的實例,發現了一些現象和問題,最後並提出國民中小學建構學校願景的可行參考建議。

英文摘要

To build school visions is an important work in school quality management, learning organization, vision leadership, school-base management, and school-based curriculum development. For the reason above, this paper study the related issues on building junior high and elementary school visions. It finds that vision, belief, aim, mission, object, goal and value are different and relative concepts. It also discusses some elements, criterions of evaluation, influent factors, and some methods and procedures for vision and building visions. There are some noticeable problems in the junior high and elementary school visions. Finally, it proposes some suggestions to junior high and elementary schools.
