本文主要為關心專業發展活動或方案的教育人員而寫,希震提供他們授能導向專業發展評鑑的觀念與方法,俾有效提昇專業發展活動與方案的品質暨教育人員專業發展的水準。授能導向專業發展評鑑主要包括下例相關做法:第一、受評者增權增能並參與研訂授能導向專業發展評鑑的計畫;第二、依層級範圍建立彈性有機的專業組織與人員;第三、依需要或層次慎選或設計授能的評鑑工具,並決定評鑑的重點;第四、參與分享,持續溝通,並嚴格控管評鑑相關流程;第五、強調協同合作兼重評鑑的過程與結果;第六、進行後設評鑑,促使評鑑更進一步發展。

英文摘要

The main topic of this paper is for educators caring about the professional development activities or programs. These could offer them the concept of professional development of empowerment-orientation as well as the self-evaluation method to promote the quality of professional development activities or programs. Including as follow the method of professional development of empowerment-orientation: (1) to design for an evaluation plan of empowerment-orientation. (2) to organize the staff and organization by different function level. (3) to choose or to design prudently evaluation form under different stakeholders’ need and functional level. (4) to emphasis on shared participation and continuous communication as well as control the evolution procedure severely. (5) to stress collaboration, process and result. (6) to execute the meta-evaluation for more evolution improvement.
