人類的思考、決策與行動,因狀態、影響及反應的不確定性而具灰色性。灰色系統理論即針對系統模型不明確、資訊不完整下,進行系統的關連分析及模型的建構,藉預測及決策方法探討系統。本研究係以台北縣國民中學執行「輔導工作六年計劃」為例,應用灰色關連分析法評估其執行成效,並提供建議以供行政單位參考。
Peoples’ thinking, decision, and action are related grey because of the uncertainty of state, effect, and response. The grey system theory, under uncertainty of system model and imperfect of information, analysis the connection of systems and construction of model in order to understand the system by the method of prediction and decision. The study applies the grey connection analysis to evaluate the execute effect of Taipei County junior high schools’ counsel six year program, and give some suggestions to the bureau of educational administration.
