本研究的主要目的在從政策執行的觀點,來探討影響國民中學常態編班執行成效的因素,並提出因應策略。首先根據政策執行的相關理論,建立研究的分析架構,第二研究國中編班方式的演進與探討,第二分析影響執行國中常態編班的因素,最後提出十項改善常態編班的建議。

英文摘要

The purposes of this study are to explore the factors influence the effect of implementing the normal classes in junior high schools and to give some suggestions for improving. First, Creating an analyzing framework according to the related theories of the policy implementation. Second, analyzing the evolution and review of the normal classes in junior high schools. Third, analyzing the factors which influence the implementing the normal classes in junior high schools. Finally, the study present ten suggestions for improving the current normal classes in junior high schools.
