基於兩岸市場交流興起與策略合作日趨頻繁,針對大陸經濟改革過程中的“醫院間合作提供醫療服務問題”,本文分析了大陸不同醫院在合作中的策略目標,並從社會交易理論的觀點出發,對合作提供醫療服務的過程進行了研究。本文認爲,獲取知識和獲取轉診患者分別是基層醫院和中心醫院在合作中的策略目標;同時,互惠行爲有利於基層醫院和中心醫院在合作提供醫療服務過程中各自策略目標的實現;而且,組織信任和患者信任對合作提供醫療服務過程具有不同的影響。本研究對醫院經營者在合作實踐中提供了理論依據和現實指導義意。

英文摘要

Based on the cross-strait market and the rise of the increasingly strong cooperation strategy, according to problems during Chinese inter-organizational healthcare service delivery process, this paper analyzed the strategic objectives of different hospitals in the cooperation, and studied the inter-organizational healthcare service delivery process form social exchange theory. It is pointed to that knowledge acquisition and patient acquisition is the respective strategic goals of fundamental hospitals and central hospitals in the cooperation; at the same time, reciprocity is helpful both types of hospitals to realize their strategic objectives during this process; and inter-organizational and patient’s trust have different effect on inter-organizational healthcare service delivery process. This paper would provide the theoretical evidence and practical consultation for top managers in alliance practices.
