本文發展了一套截骨手術的模擬系統,可讓骨科醫生在電腦螢幕上對骨骼模型,依所選擇的位置與方向,將骨骼切割,然後加以矯正在切割模型時,用切割補網路分群法,再配合資料結構的設計,便可快速處理大量網路資料。另外,本文為POLARISTM光學空間定位裝置所寫的程式,可同時追蹤2個有線剛體標記與9個無線剛體標記位置的座標資訊。若將剛體標記分別固定在手術刀具與肢體上,藉由POLARISTM光學空間定位裝置的導引,可將對骨骼下刀的情形直接顯示在電腦螢幕上。
An orthopedic simulation system has been developed in this paper. The orthopedist can do the osteotomy on the computer screen to cut the bone model via selecting positions and directions. As the meshed model is cut into two pieces, the meshes are separated with an efficient method and stored into designed data structures. A program which can track the positions of 2 wired markers and 9 wireless markers simultaneously has
been written for the POLARISTM optical tracking system. If markers are
mounted on surgical cutting tools and limbs and tracked with the POLARISTM optical tracking system, the situation of surgical process can be watched on the computer screen.
