金屬線材向來皆是各種工業中相當重要的一種材料,雖然近年來有從熔融
金屬液製造金屬線材技術相繼問世,但目前產業界所生產的線材大都仍從鑄胚
經輥軋、抽線機抽線等塑性加工程序而成;然而在抽線機的生產過程中,眼模
減面率、伸線速度、潤滑油值等參數將影響線材產量、品質及生產成本。本文
乃是利用田口方法,以L9 直交表的實驗配置進行試驗,探討SUS304 不銹鋼線
材在不同參數製程下所得之線材產量,研究結果發現影響線材產量的因子為伸
線油溫度及伸線速度。最後將伸線油溫度設定在45℃及伸線速度在620m/min
時,伸線產量增加約33.5%。

英文摘要

The metal wires are a key metal material and are applied widely in various industries. Although several new techniques have been invented to produce metal wires from melted metals, in the conventional manufacturing process, metal wires are produced from an ingot which passes through a rolling and drawing process. Some process parameters such as die reduction rate, drawing velocity and lubricant oil temperature may affect the production volume, quality and cost of the process of drawing. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the optimal process parameters for SUS 304 stainless steel to maximize wire production volume. Using Taguchi meth-ods, an L9 orthogonal array is constructed. It is found that lubricant oil and drawing velocity are the controlling factors for improving productivity. Finally, the production volume increased 33.5% when lubricant oil temperature was set at 45℃ and drawing velocity was set at 620 m/min.
