中文摘要

本文以數值模擬方法來探討雨刷所受的空氣動力行為。研究中探討雨刷桿
形狀、尺寸、雨刷桿與雨刷刮片之間距離以及雨刷刮片的彎曲角度等參數,對
雨刷所受升力與阻力的影響。計算結果顯示:雨刷刮片的變形僅對升力造成影
響,雨刷桿卻會因其形狀、尺寸、雨刷桿與雨刷刮片之間距離改變時,對阻力
與升力產生相當程度的影響。其中,雨刷桿本身的高度與雨刷桿上方開口大小
對雨刷系統的阻力與升力影響最大。

英文摘要

Aerodynamic effects on the windshield wiper system are investigated numerically in this study. The drag coefficient and the lift coefficient are examined as a function of the shape and dimension of wiper-arm and
wiper-blade, the distance between wiper-blade and wiper-arm. The calculated results show that the deformation of a wiper-blade affects the lift force only, but the shape and dimension of the wiper-arm and the distance between the wiper-blade and the wiper-arm affect both the drag force and the lift force. To conclude, the height of the wiper-arm and the aperture in the wiper-arm play important roles in the aerodynamic behavior of the wiper.
