高速化技術是目前工具機產業的重要趨勢,其結合了高速切削速度、高進?速率但低切削深度技術,而切削完成品精度可達到幾個?m 之內。主要應用在航空工業、汽機車產業、模具業及3C 產品等加工領域。而在國內高速切削技術尤其是CAD/CAM 方面應用更是缺乏,故高速切削技術實為未來十年機械工業主要關鍵技術之一,其效能不容忽視。本文主要是以目前市售具有高速切削功能的CAM 軟體列舉數種做一有系統的技術性能評估研究,以期機械相關領域能有效且迅速的掌握此資訊,正確地投入高速切削技術領域,使高速切削技術真正在國內生根。高速切削CAM軟體不同於傳統之CAM 軟體,其技術和功能影響切削結果甚鉅且售價皆不低並且價格差異很大,因此需有一詳細而完整的切削刀具規劃測試與檢驗等之實驗,以評估其各方面之性能。本文針對高速切削效能如粗加工、二次粗加工、殘料清角加工、最佳化刀具路徑程序規劃、切削模擬等作實際銑削,並檢驗工件表面粗糙度,以提供高速切削技術的評量。

英文摘要

The major parts of a high-speed cutting machine include high-speed spindles, high-speed feeds, and an accurate z-axis feed. It is reported that high-speed machining is applied in the fields of aerospace, automobiles, die-making, and 3C products. But practical cutting methods for high-speed machine centers, especially using CAD/CAM technology, haven't been well developed in Taiwan. So it becomes more and more important to evaluate the CAD/CAM software available for factories and teachers in recent years.The main purpose of this study was to construct an evaluation of a CAM technology system. The developed evaluation could be used as CAM guidance for teachers to apply in their high-speed machining teaching. First, several practical cutting operations with different machining conditions will be introduced. The cutting operations include: rough milling 、medium milling 、high-quality contour cutting, undercut cutting,and others... .The optional tool path, measurement of tool interference, and simulation of milling processes are also evaluated. The optimal cutting parameters could then be got by measuring the wear of tools and surface roughness of workpieces.
