本文旨在探討階次追蹤技術與其於實車上引擎振動動態特性及其異常運轉時的振動特徵研究,係利用B&KPULSE信號分析儀擷取由加速度計所獲得引擎的橫向與軸向所產生的振動信號,藉由再取樣階次分析將時域振動信號轉換為階次域振動信號分析引擎的動態,並且用於引擎故障診斷之特徵擷耳頁,以利未的故障診斷系統建立,最後由實驗分析結果中顯示出此方法可找出引擎故障的振動特徵。
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the order tracking technique and to study the dynamic characteristic of an engine. The transverse and axial vibration signals of the engine were extracted by accelerometers. This study employs order tracking based on re-sampling. The time domain of the vibration signal was transformed to an order domain in order to analyze engine dynamics. Vibration signatures of engine malfunctions can be obtained by order analysis from experimental data. The results are useful for fault detection and diagnosis of engine faults.
