中文摘要

本研究之目的在於進行轉塔沖床轉刀機構之研製,並提出一套轉刀機構之系統化設計程序,包括構造合成、細部設計、及雛形機製作與測試。首先,以創意性機構設計方法,合成出新型的機構目錄。然後,挑選合適的機構,進行細部設計,並且使用CAD 軟體建立實體模型,以驗證出設計結果之可行性。最後,並進行雛型機製作及組裝測試。由測試結果可知,所設計機構可有效地進
行轉刀動作,並符合所訂定之精度。除此之外,也改善了原始機構之側向力問題。

英文摘要

The purpose of this paper is to develop a design procedure for the tool
rotating mechanisms of a turret press, including structural synthesis, detailed design, prototype machining, assembly, and testing. Firstly, the atlas of new designs is generated based on the creative mechanism design approach.Furthermore, a detailed design is performed by selecting a qualified design from the atlas. After that, the solid model of the design is drawn to validate the feasibility. Finally, a prototype machine is made, and its testing is conducted. The experimental results show that the proposed design can effectively produce the motion of the tool rotating, and its accuracies meet the design specifications.
