本文針對台灣農業金融概況、九○年代末農業金融面臨危機、及當前農業金融改革之方向進行探討，並藉由研析影響農業金融改革與發展之外部與體制上因素，說明台灣農業金融機構經營危機之成因；並針對近年來台灣農業金融改革成果深入評估，希冀以台灣金融改革經驗與未來展望，提供兩岸農業金融發展之參考。
英文摘要
This research introduces the current operation of Taiwan agriculture finance sector, the 1990 operation crisis on agriculture finance sector, and current reformation experience on this sector. We analyze the inside and outside factor that induced 1990 crisis on this sector, and will discuss more on the mechanism of radical reformation. This experience may provide critical insights for future development of Chinese agriculture finance reformation.
