教育行政人員之行政倫理傾向係其倫理決定和行政實踐的重要指引,本研究旨在建構教育行政人員行政倫理傾向理論構面,並針對當前教育行政人員行政倫理傾向加以探討。本研究以敎育部及各縣市教育處和學校服務之教育行政人員為研究對象,進行問卷調查,發出1,395份問卷,回收率達六成,有效問卷800份。所得結果發現:一、教育行政人員行政倫理傾向理論構面包含五個面向:效益倫理、正義倫理、關懷倫理、批判倫理和德行倫理;二、教育行政人員倫理傾向較傾向正義倫理;三、服務機關、年齡、最高學歷及是否曾接受教育倫理或教育行政倫理相關課程訓練在教育行政倫理傾向上有顯著差異,但性別則否

英文摘要

The purposes of this study were to construct a theoretical framework of ethical inclination for Taiwan educational administrators and to explore their ethical inclinations. The survey included school administrators and educational officers from Ministry of Education and local education bureaus. The total questionnaires are 1,395 copies by mailing systems, the return rate is 60.4%, in terms of the valid questionnaires are 800. The main findings were as follows: Firstly, the theoretical framework consisted of five dimensions including ethics of utilitarian, justice, care, critique and virtue and had good reliability and validity; Secondly, Taiwan educational administrators showed more justice in their ethical inclination; Thirdly, men and women did not differ significantly on their ethical inclinations; Fourthly, there were significant differences in educational administrators’ ethical inclinations in terms of institution, age, educational background and professional ethics training.
