本研究主要目的為探討墾丁地區遊客特性以及旅遊動機,採用問卷調查方式,訪問對象為到訪墾丁地區之遊客,共發出420份問卷,扣除無效問卷22份,回收有效問卷共398份。遊客旅遊滿意度分析結果,最滿意的前五大項目依序為「自然景觀景色優美」、「空氣品質清新」、「海域遊憩區海水水質清澈」、「水域環境適合戲水」、「景點指示牌示明確」。遊客的社經背景資料與實際滿意度上,在年齡、教育程度、婚姻狀況具有顯著差異。遊客的旅遊特性與實際滿意度上在停留時間、交通工具、同行伴侶、同行人數以及旅遊月份具有顯著差異。
The purpose of this research was to investigate to the travel motivation to revisit of Ken-Ting area visitors. A structured questionnaire was designed to collect the empirical data from the visitors. By means of convenience sampling. The data was analyzed by using descriptive analysis, factor analysis. The results of this study are shown: A part of items of satisfaction were significantly different among background. Different background, satisfaction also influences their willingness to revisit.
