鎝-67-檸檬酸鎝造影已被廣泛使用於偵測發炎與感染性的病灶，但使用鎵-67診斷出感染性分割性主動脈瘤的病例，報告並不多，在此，我們報告一罕見之案例:使用鎵-67偵測到感染性分割性主動脈瘤且在治療後追蹤檢查發現鎝-67在體內的吸收分佈有明顯改變的情形(鎝-67在骨骼中的吸收增加)。
