本研究旨在瞭解準爸爸對孕期性生活的知識、態度、行為，並進一步探討影響其知識態度之因素及知識、態度間的相關性。採調查研究法，以結構式問卷於中市某醫學中心產後病房收集資料，有效問卷共126份。以描述性和推論性統計進行資料分析。結果發現:(1)準爸爸在孕期性知識方面，以男性性生、心理得分最高，女性孕期身心變化得分最低。(2)準爸爸孕期的性態度傾向正面。(3)準爸爸孕期性文頻率較孕前減少，尤以第三孕期最為明顯。擔心傷害胎兒、配偶的不適症及缺乏性知識是造成孕期性生活減少的主要原因。(4)孕期性知識、態度間呈正相關。(5)教育程度、年齡、孕期性態度可解釋孕期性知識23%之變異量;而孕前性滿意度、教育程度、孕期性知識及社經地位可解釋孕期性態度31%之變異量。本研究支持懷孕會造成性生活的變化，研究結果可供護理人員在給予孕期夫婦性生活指導時之參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore expectant fathers' sexual knowledge, attitudes and behavior during their wives' pregnancy, and to analyze what factors may affect such knowledge and attitude, and the correlation between them. A study design based on investigation was adopted. Constructive questionnaires from 126 expectant fathers were collected from a medical center. The following results were found: (I) On the expectant fathers' sexual knowledge, the men's sexual physiology and psychology obtained the highest scores, the change in mind and body of pregnant mothers' were the lowest. (2) The expectant fathers' sexual attitudes were positive. (3) The frequency of expectant fathers' sexual intercourse declined, especially more markedly in the third trimester. They were concerned it was harmful to fetus and caused their wives discomfort. Lack of sexual knowledge during pregnancy was the main reason for the decline of sexual activities during their wives' pregnancy. (4) Sexual knowledge and attitude were positively related. (5) The education, age, and sexual attitude could explain the variance of 23% in subjects' sexual knowledge during pregnancy. The level of sexual satisfaction before pregnancy, education, sexual knowledge during pregnancy, and socioeconomic status could explain the variance of 31% in subjects' sexual attitude during pregnancy. From the results of this study we confirm that changes in sexual life occur during pregnancy. Nurses' can adopt the results of study as a refer-ence for instruction to married couples on their sexual lives during pregnancy.
