一位37歲多年血友病男性患者主訴右大腿麻木感及右膝關節僵硬有幾週之久，他在此二處並沒有撞傷與手術開刀病史。因為放射學檢查在右側腸骨與大腿骨發見大面積蝕骨病壯而安排全身骨骼掃描，看看身體是否有其他不正常吸收病灶。由於KUB與CT、MRI也發現骨骼外軟組織病灶，因此安排位-201全身腫瘤造彩。吾人意外發況上述兩種掃描之相;加與兩種相玲影像分析，分別表示偽腫瘤全部病灶、最活性的偽腫瘤位置與過度使用之肌肉增生。

A 37-year-old male patient complained right knee stiffness and right thigh numbness for several weeks. He did not have trauma or major surgery history. Due to large osteolytic lesion in right ilium and right femur revealed on planar X-ray examination， whole body bone scan was arranged to see if there was any abnormal uptake. Meanwhile， since extraosseous lesions were proved by KUB， MRI and CT scans， 21°TI tumor scan was then arranged. We incidentally found that after manipulation of above two scans， one add scan and two divided scans were rendered， indicating whole part of pseudotumor formation， most active part of pseudotumor and overuse hyperplasia of thigh muscles， respectively
