哺乳婦女接受心肌造影時意外發現雙側乳房高攝取鉈-201的報告並不常見，我們報告一例。一位38歲育有一1歲大幼兒之哺乳婦女，由於最近數月以來經常有胸悶情形，因而求診於心臟科醫師，經由理學及心電圖等檢查，不能排除有心肌缺氧的可能。於是安排鉈-201心肌灌注掃描檢查，結果其壓力與休息狀態之心肌影像均呈現正常，但於休息態造影時，意外發現雙側乳房有鉈-201攝取增加的現象。隨後小心追蹤及檢查此病患，並未發現有任何乳房疾病。此一乳房高攝取鉈現象可能是與泌乳有關或先擴散至血管外腔。

It was not common that a lactating woman with bilateral breast uptake of 20ITI-thalious chloride (201'TI)on myocardial scintigraphy. We reported such a case. The 38- year-old woman with a one-year-old lactating infant suffered from intermittent chest distress for several months. Electrocardiogram showed intermittent ventricular tachycardia叫TI myocardial perfusion scintigraphy was performed and revealed normal perfusion to all segments on stress and rest images. However， there was bilateral breast uptake of 20ITI on delayed 4-h images. Carefully clinical examinations and follow-up studies showed no evidence of breast disease. The enhanced'TI uptake of breast was related to lactation and might be due to diffusion of 20ITI into the extravascular space.
