中文摘要

奈米技術用於醫學診斷或治療技術上已有數十年,在臨床上重要的應用包括將藥物設計為奈米微膠囊或奈米顆粒做為控制藥物釋放或具有靶向、遞送藥物的特性。本研究是利用氯化亞錫(SnCl2)為還原劑,進行奈米鐵顆粒(Fe3O4)與過鎝酸根離子(99mTcO4-)的標幟,實驗中觀察不同濃度的奈米鐵顆粒、氯化亞錫與不同的反應時間對奈米鐵-鎝顆粒標幟效率的影響。實驗時以快速薄層層析法(ITLC)、磁鐵吸附分離等方法,測定奈米鐵-鎝顆粒溶液的游離過鎝酸根離子的含量、標幟效率與穩定度等。從實驗結果得知奈米鐵-鎝顆粒極易製備、有極高的標幟效率、再現性與高穩定度等特性。標幟過程中氯化亞錫濃度對於標幟效率影響較小,奈米鐵濃度不但可影響標幟效率更可縮短反應時間。

英文摘要

Nanotechnology is being used to create new diagnosis or treatment in medical science for many decades. The most important clinical applications such as nanocapsules or nanoparticles of drugs are designed to control drugs release, targeting and delivering. Nanoferrite was labeled with 99mTc-pertechnetae, stannous chloride as reductant, the effect of concentration of nanoferrite, stannous chloride and reaction time on labeling efficiency was studied in the experiment. The instant thin-layer
chromatography (ITLC), magnet adsorption was applied to evaluate the labeling efficiency and stability of 99mTc-nanoferrite (99mTc-Fe3O4) particle. From the results show the preparation of 99mTc-Fe3O4 particles was easy, high labeling efficiency, high reproducibility and stability. The labeling efficiency of 99mTc-Fe3O4 was slight effect by the concentration of stannous chloride, but the concentration of nanoferrite significant effect the labeling efficiency and shortens the reaction time.
