二十一世代的來臨,面對科技與技術的變遷,影像也由膠捲感光底片轉換為數位化檔案,傳統影像業面對技術演進,其存在的價值性面臨重大考驗。本研究以台北縣一家影像業”EZ-PHOTO 快照小站”為案例,透過問卷設計與分析,取得顧客需求與服務創新之方向,進而找出其產業價值所在,並提出沖洗照片與証件照的創新服務功能,期以顧客所重視的服務價值,創造出影像業實體店鋪之全新價值與競爭優勢。

英文摘要

As a result of improving digital technology, digital photography has undergone rapid change in the 21st century. Customer service orientated innovation of photo shops has been the core concept of business to create its enterprise value and to increase its competitive advantage. In this study, a photo shop located in Taipei County, Taiwan was selected and a questionnaire conducted to obtain the consumers’ rating and opinions about the services. The results revealed that consumers valued interacting with the shop assistants in obtaining professional services. In order to
provide a convenient service for consumers to print photos or to take ID photos by themselves, an automatic machine with clear information and self service guide function in the interface has been addressed.
