護理資訊在台灣的發展已有很長的一段時間，雖然各機構在護理資訊的應用與開發技術日益成熟，但仍缺乏護理產官學界的政策整合、教育推廣以及臨床發展經驗的交流平台。本文透過系統
性的解析台灣與國際間護理資訊發展的差異，最後再提出台灣護理資訊未來的發展方向。希望能
讓護理人員對護理資訊的發展有深入的理解，體認資訊科技對護理臨床、教育、行政及研究上的
幫助，如此對於台灣未來相關護理資訊制度及系統的推展，將會更有助益。
英文摘要
Although an increasing number of nursing information systems, applications and tools have been de-veloped and applied, research and development related to nursing informatics (NI) is still not well es-
tablished in Taiwan. The main impediment to NI development is the lack of integration and coordina-tion between healthcare enterprises. To facilitate research and development on NI, the Taiwan Nursing
Informatics Association serves as a forum and platform for cross-sectional policy dialogue, and the sharing of clinical, educational and administrative experience. In this article, we survey the develop-
ment of NI in Taiwan, and report on a comparative study of NI development between Taiwan and other countries. Finally, we identify future research directions and development strategies for NI in Taiwan.
