資訊科技的進步不但改變人類的生活模式，也讓醫療監測工具更為人性化與便捷。近二十年來，
資訊科技在護理領域應用與研究的文獻日益增多，且驗證資訊科技的確有助於護理業務效率與
效能的提升。國內護理資訊的開發是醫療產業發展最晚的部門，由於護理資訊系統的作業流程複
雜且涵蓋的部門眾多，再加上護理主管對開發護理資訊系統經驗有限，使得護理資訊系統的建置
過程，常遭受各種困境與挑戰。有鑒於此，本文旨在分享建置單位性和全國性資料庫的經驗，以
提供致力於開發護理資訊的護理人員參考。

The progress of information technology (IT) has not only changed the way we live, but also made health instruments more user friendly and convenient. In recent years, the application of IT in nursing has increased, as has relevant research in the literature. It also has been verifed in the literature that IT has improved clinical practice effciency and effectiveness. However, the development of IT in nurs-ing has progressed slower than expected in health care settings because nursing information system fows are complicated and the scope necessarily covered by nursing information systems is broad. In addition, with limited experience, the development of nursing information systems has posed a tre-mendous challenge, with nurse administrators facing signifcant barriers and diffculties. The purpose
of this paper was to share our experience establishing a unit based on a nationwide nurses’ information bank.
