application） 。而經由資訊系統所呈現的資料，無論是數字型態或文字型態，為滿足使用者的需求並將資料做有效的應用，一切的根源均在於資料的品質（data quality） 。本文針對資料品質的評估方式、管理架構與評估要素提出說明，並且，綜合各家要點建構一資料品質評值量表，進行專家校正且可提供讀者參用。

While the quality of data affects every aspect of business, it is frequently overlooked in terms of cus-tomer data integration, data warehousing, business intelligence and enterprise applications. Regard-
less of which data terms are used, a high level of data quality is a critical base condition essential to satisfy user needs and facilitate the development of effective applications. In this paper, the author introduces methods, a management framework and the major factors involved in data quality assess-ment. Author also integrates expert opinions to develop data quality assessment tools.
