當受虐婦女在遭受婚姻暴力所造成的身心傷害時，常求助於醫療院所以獲得驗傷或診療的照護，護理人員是面對受虐婦女的第一線醫療人員。由於婚姻暴力尚屬醫護領域中的新興議題，在少數的醫護論述中，對於護理角色之發展、照護能力之養成，是否使護理人員在其臨床工作對於婚暴個案之照護具有足夠之效能，有其檢視之必要。本研究以「婚姻暴力」 、 「家庭暴力」為關鍵詞，搜尋 「台灣電子期刊服務網」及 「國家圖書館中文期刊篇目索引」 ，截取自88年至96年間，與護理相關之文獻，進行文獻分析及內容探討。結果顯示僅10篇護理相關文獻發表，佔所搜尋婚姻暴力文獻總數的2.5%，無論在論述建構或學術活力上均較不足。而內容分析結果，則呈現醫療團隊在婚暴診療過程中，因著護理專業主動性的彰顯，對於受虐婦女有更為完整照護的積極意義。審視醫護之間的權力互動，關於婚姻暴力的台灣護理論述可在性別與權力敏感上，建構符合受虐婦女需求之護理專業。

The purpose of this article was to perform a critical appraisal of nursing discourses on domestic vio-lence published in journals between 1999 and 2007 in Taiwan. All searched materials were retrieved
from offcial websites using key words “domestic violence” or “marital violence”. Ten related articles were obtained in all. The most significant finding was related to autonomic nursing intervention,
which can effectively meet the needs of abused women. Such an approach differs from traditional or-der-based nursing activities in the patriarchal practicum of medical teams and offers a promising way
to reform medical team hierarchies.
