中文摘要
為瞭解膳食補充品中農藥殘留情形，96年6月至7月間於台北地區之藥粧店、量販店及膳食補充品專賣店價購膳食補充品檢體32件，包括膠囊錠劑15件、茶包6件及液態檢體11件。參考行政院衛生署公告之「食品中殘留農藥檢驗方法－多重殘留分析方法（三）」進行檢測，分析186種農藥，檢驗結果32件檢體均未檢出農藥殘留。
英文摘要
A survey of pesticide residues in dietary supplements was performed. Thirty-two samples, including 15 capsules, 6 tea beverage and 11 liquid samples were sampled from pharmacy, hyper-market and dietary supplements specialty store. The method employed in this study was referred to “Method of Test for Pesticide
Residues in Food-multi-residue methods (3)” proclaimed by the Department of Health with modification. The samples were homogenized and rehydrated for analyzing 186 pesticides. No pesticide residues were detected in all 32 dietary supplements.
