本文是有關臺灣山欖科（Sapotaceae）植物的分類學研究報告，包括二個屬：膠木屬（Palaquium）及山欖屬（Planchonella）等共三個種。文中對每一分類群皆有詳細描述，並附其檢索表及在臺灣之分布圖。
英文摘要
This is a taxonomic study on Taiwanese Sapotaceae. Two genera, i.e. Palaquium and Planchonella, including 3 species, are recognised. A key, taxonomic descriptions and distribution maps for each taxon are also given.
