本文通過德希達的「責任」、傅柯的「規訓」說明「上帝之眼」與「法」的關係，以及再從懺悔與法的關係，進一步說明「公共性」的概念。基督教法的概念與一位有著一雙明亮眼睛察視人類行為的上帝有關，沒有「上帝之眼」，不僅法不可能執行、公義的審判也失去了其基本條件。

Thought the interpretation of Derrida’s “Responsibility” and Foucault's “Disciplinary,” this paper seeks to understanding the relationship between “God’s Eyes” and “Law”, and to further explain the concept of “publicity”. Christianity’s conception of law is related to the one with a pair of bright eyes watching over human behavior. Without “God’s eyes” not only that law is not executable, the fundamental criterion of justice is also lost.
