中文摘要

本文探應毛細管節流器與單向薄膜節流器之閉式靜滑軌的特性,以及兩種節流之剛度最佳化設計。滑軌的徵式為多油腔式平軌,潤滑油來源為定壓供油方式。根據流量守恆原理,假設符流面之壓力降是呈線性分佈,建立流量平衡方程式,用以求解澤軌各油腔之壓力,進而得到靜澤軌之承載能力樂剛度,並以遺傳基因演算法,搜尋固定承載力之最佳剛度對應的設計參數。

英文摘要

This study investigates the characteristics of the externally pressurized, with multi-recessed, close-type, flat hydrostatic sideways by using the membrane or capillary restrictor as a compensating element, and the optimal design analysis for maximum bearing stiffness is presented by using the genetic algorithm. The general equations for film pressure are provided according to the flow rate balance of sideways. Results are in terms of the load capacity and the bearing stiffness. By using the genetic algorithm, searching the optimal design parameters to look for the maximum bearing stiffness and the load capacity.
