本研究旨在探析幼兒園園長實用智能的因素結構及其與個人表現的關係。研究者以南部地區462 名公私立幼兒園園長為問卷調查樣本,蒐集所得實證資料透過驗證性因素分析與結構方程模式進行統計分析。主要研究發現有二:其一,單一主要因素與三個二階因素的幼兒園園長實用智能模式之契合度可以接受;其二,幼兒園園長的實用智能與個人表現有顯著關聯。根據主要研究發現,研究者進行相關的討論並研提未來研究建議。

英文摘要

The main purposes of this study were to explore the factor structure of kindergarten principal’s practical intelligence and its correlation with individual performance. The data was collected through questionnaires from a sample of 462 kindergarten principals in southern Taiwan. All collected empirical data were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The important findings were as follows: (1)The fit of one-first-order factor and three-second-order factor models for kindergarten principal’s practical intelligence was acceptable; (2) There was a significant association between the kindergarten principal’s practical intelligence and individual performance. Finally, the researcher discussed the findings and provided some suggestions for future research.
