近年來社會環境快速變遷,大學生兼職打工現象逐漸普遍,其工作價值觀也隨之產生顯著改變。本研究主要目的在於探討大學生兼職與其工作價值觀之關聯性,分析中同時控制個人背景等相關影響因素。
本研究將工作價值觀分為內在價值與外在價值兩層面,共包括八大面向,採用問卷調查法,以全國北、中、南三地區的大學生為研究對象,回收有效樣本1881份。本研究主要的發現有:不同背景之大學生兼職工作狀況有明顯差異,例如女大學生對工作中人際互動關係較為重視,而不同學院大學生在工作價值觀上有顯著差異;以及大學生兼職工作狀況與其工作價值觀有顯著關係,如工作內在價值觀較強之大學生所兼任之工作自主性與技術性也較高。
依據本研究分析結果,建議教育相關單位加強大學基礎教育,對不同學院著重不同領域之課程。並加強輔導大學生校外打工,鼓勵並協助學生選擇合適之兼職工作,並可正式規劃成為學生就業輔導工作之一部分。

英文摘要

This study describes the status quo of college students’ part-time job and examines its influence on students’ work values. Related variables such as personal background are statistically controlled in the analysis. Work values are divided into extrinsic and intrinsic values. Each category contains four subcategories. A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect data from colleges located in north, middle, and south areas of Taiwan. A total of 1881 valid questionnaires were collected. The main findings of the study are as following: College students from different backgrounds have different values toward part-time jobs. Female students value the interpersonal relationships in their jobs. There are significant differences about work values among students from different academic colleges. Students, who have technical and autonomous part-time jobs, possess stronger intrinsic values. Based on the findings, suggestions to universities are provided.
