本研究目的在探討用心對羞愧感與罪惡感因果模式之調節效果。受試者為高一至高三學生共525人(男235人、女290人)。研究工具包括高中職生羞愧感量表、高中職生罪惡感量表、高中職生用心量表及高中職生心理幸福感量表,並使用結構方程模式(Structural Equation Modeling, SEM)分析資料。研究結果顯示:用心對羞愧感與罪惡感因果模式不具有調節效果。最後,研究者提出對未來研究之建議。
The purpose of this study was to explore the role of mindfulness as a moderator in different emotional casual models. Participants were 525 seventh- to ninth-grade students, with 235 males and 290 females. Results indicated that mindfulness did not moderate between shame or guilt and psychological well-being. Possible reasons for the above results are discussed. Recommendations for future researche are suggested.
