中文摘要

本實驗中,展示結合綠色能源與顯示科技的有機光電串座元件。元件使用自組裝單分子材料表面處理的薄銀製成共同電極,並成功串聯上發光有機發光二極體和有機太陽能電池元件。與其他的顯示技術相比,簡化製程、全彩化及高效率,是本實驗的重點。最後展現結合上發光有機發光二極體和有機太陽能電池元件技術之重大進展,未來將可運用在消費性電子產品上。

英文摘要

In this experiment, we have demonstrated a novel, green energy, organic optoelectronic device for flat-panel display use. The device structure of our product successfully integrated top emission organic light emitting diodes (TEOLEDs), with organic solar cells (OSCs) having thin Ag which were modified by self-assembled monolayer (SAM) as the interlayer connecting electrode. In the experimental results, we focused on how the full-color, high-efficiency, and easy processes of general illumina- tion differed from other display technologies. Finally, we showed an important development in tandem structure of OLED/OSC fabrication techniques which may be applied for consumer electronics products.
