本研究旨在探討多重夫妻支持性團體模式運用在高風險家庭之效果。研究採解釋型混合研究法。第一階段為量化研究，以沈瓊桃編製的「多面向婚姻滿意量表」與自編之「攜手向愛走整體回饋表」為研究工具，研究參與者為13 對高風險夫妻與1 位太太。第二階段的質性研究，則以內容分析法作為資料分析的架構，分析8 對高風險夫妻的深度訪談內容。綜合2 階段研究，結果發現（1）高風險夫妻在「彈性程度」、「價值觀」、「親友關係」、「反應心向」與「單面向婚姻滿意」5 個向度上，在團體結束時的滿意度，顯著地高於參加團體前的滿意度；（2）「價值觀」、「反應心向」與「子女教養」這3 個向度，於團體結束時的滿意度亦顯著地高於團體結束1 個月後的滿意度：（3）「單面向婚姻滿意」這個向度，於團體結束時以及團體結束1 個月後，其滿意度皆高於參加團體前的滿意度；（4）團體結束1 個月後，男性的「親密程度」滿意度顯著的高於女性；（5）團體的療效因子，包括情緒、互動與認知三大因素，其中又以認知因素最被高風險夫妻看重。本研究最後根據研究結果加以討論，並針對實務工作及未來研究提出建議。

The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of multiple couples group therapy applied to the high-risk families. The explanatory mixed method design was used to divide the study into two phases. In Phase 1, quantitative data were collected from 13 couples and 1 wife who completed the “Multi-dimensional Marital Satisfaction Inventory” and the “Together to Love Inventory”. In Phase 2, qualitative data were collected from 8 couples’ in-depth interviews and analyzed by the method of content analysis. Results indicated that the satisfaction of before-group, after-group and one-month–after group are significantly different for several sub-scales. And the emotional, interactive and conceptive factors composed the group therapeutic factors. Implications for counseling practice and suggestions for future research are discussed.
