受到全球金融海嘯的影響,台灣在此波經濟不景氣中,許多人面臨失業、無薪假等衝擊,間接影響學生情緒及學習,甚至造成學生休學或轍學。教育部及各縣市政府為免學生求學受到波及,亦提供多項救濟方案,希望讓學生能安心就學。本文試圖從Nel N oddings關懷倫理學出發,引介關懷倫理學 與教育之主張內涵,並提出在此經濟風暴,學校落實教育關懷年政策之關懷頓導方向與具體作為。本文首先簡述Nel N oddings關懷倫理學與教育的主張內 涵,接著探討教育關懷年學校關懷頓導的方向,最後敘述學校關懷頓導的具體作為。本文發現以Nel N oddings關懷倫理論述為基礎,首先需建立關懷的學 校師生關係,在課程中培養師生關懷的能力,將教育專業在關懷中實踐,並提供行政的全力支援,以幫助受關懷者突破困境而達成長與自我實現。照顧弱勢學生除了具體的救濟方案之外,應經營學校成為關懷的社區,建立師生之間關懷的關係,在課程與教學中,型塑學校關懷的文化,實踐學校關懷的行動,讓學校師生能在妥適的校園環境中生活與學習。

英文摘要

Due to global financial crisis and the downturn wave in Taiwan, many people are faced with the impact oflosing job or taking unpaid leave. Students' emotion and learning have been influenced indirectly, even causing suspension of schooling or drop-out. To avoid students' schooling from these factors, the MOE and local governments have launched remedy programs in hope that those students back to school as usual. Thisarticle begins with Nel Noddings' Caring Ethics, trying to introduce its caring moral philosophy and education, its stand and contents. Itwill address how schools, under financial crisis, put“Policy of Education Caring Year" in effect to direct and implement caring leadership.

Initially, this article briefs Nel Noddings's advocates in his“Caring Ethics and Education". Itfollows to probe into directions of caring leaders in schools in the Year of Educational Caring. Finallyit narrates the possible approaches caring school leaders might take. Based on N el N odding's viewpoints in Caring Ethics, it is essential to establish a caring relationship among teachers and students in the beginning in order to cultivate the momentum of caring others out of classes, to fulfill educational professions in caring, providing substantial administration support to help the cared breaking through difficult positions to grow up and realize themselves. In addition to material remedies, caring those economically disadvantaged takes leaders to run the school like a cared community, build up caring relationship among faculties and students, foster the caring culture of school out of courses and curriculums, and take steps of caring so that all students and teachers could dwell and learn comfortably in the school.
