本文昌在探究學校如何經營公共關係，透過文獻探討分析，探究學校公共關係的定義，以及學校經營公共關係的原則、步驟和具體作法，在學校經營公共關係的具體作法中，又分為三層面:學校經營家長與社區闢係的具體作法、學校經營媒體關係的具體作法與學校經營內部關係的具體作法。最後做出結論和建議，以作為學校相關人員在經營學校公共關係時之參考

Thepublic relations of school are concerned by schools， community， parents， students and other stakeholders. Itis schools' mission to promote the effectiveness of schools and to achieve the objectives of schools by managing schools' public relations.This article has five parts with literature research. Itwould understand the meaning of schools' public relations， principles and process of managing schools' public relations， and three dimensions' practice of managing schools' public relations. Finally，it would offer conclusions and suggestions of the study to schools' administrators and faculties for reference.
