本文旨在描述一位外籍勞工在台幫傭期間因腎結石手術之護理經驗。筆者於護理期間(95年9月8日至9月20日)，運用Gordon十一項健康功能型態為評估架構進行資料收集及分析，發現個案有急性疼痛、體溫過高、組織完整性受損、焦慮、及知識缺失(出院後引流管自我照在頁)等護理問題。筆者藉由良好的護病關係、陪伴與傾聽、鼓勵個案說出心里的感受以減輕焦慮，給予緩解疼痛的相關護理處置、針對預防感染及返家後引流管照護注意事項，提供個別性的護理指導，期盼藉由此篇護理經驗提供給日後照護類似個案之護理人員參考。

This case report described the nursing experience of a foreign worker with renal stone receiving operation treatment. During the period of nursing care from September 8 to September 20， in 2006， Gordon's ll-item Functional Health Pattern assessment was employed. The patient's health problems were identified as following: acute pain， hyperthermia， impaired tissue integrity， anxiety and deficient knowledge regarding to home care of drainage tube. After a good nurse-patient relationship has been established， the nurse accompany with patient using listen attentively and encouragement patient proposed her feeling to decrease anxiety level. Moreover， provide individual nursing interventions， such as nursing management of alleviate pain， prevention infection and home care of drainage tube were provided. The findings of this report can be as a reference for caring renal stone patIents.
