在一般商業場所、辦公場所等居室空間,因為粉塵量增加,將造成室內空氣品質低落,影響人體健康,如果利用空調循環系統裝設過濾網予以收集,將可以有效過濾空氣中的懸浮微粒,初級濾網保護機器設備,中效率濾網保護人員呼吸系統健康。
但是裝置過濾設備後將導致系統壓損ΔP增加,導致空調耗電量增加。尤其政府積極推動節能減碳政策,因此本研究收集市面上銷售中的各式初級濾網、中效率濾網的材質及效能,利用台北市某商業建築物做全年空調負載分析,再針對空調箱選用不同的空氣過濾網進行整年度的耗電量及電費的模擬比較。
本研究收集市面上銷售中的各式初級濾網及中效率濾網的材質,進行壓降及效能分析,發現在相同的過濾效能情況下,採用不同材質的過濾網,將產生不同的運轉及壓降性能曲線,導致耗電量差異很大。
本研究利用風扇性能方程式進行模擬計算,分別採用未加裝過濾設備的空調箱與加裝不同的過濾設備的空調箱,進行運轉1年總耗電量的比較。本研究發現使用壓損最小的初級濾網及中效率濾網空調箱的耗電量,比無過濾器空調箱可增加150%;如果選用壓損最大的初級濾網及中效率濾網空調箱的耗電量可增加250%。
依據分析全年空調負載,風車的耗電量約佔整個中央空調系統的30%,因此增加250%是很可觀的耗電量。所以,選用合適且壓損低的空調過濾網相對十分重要;依照上述比例,如果選用不適合的空調過濾網,不僅耗能且電費上升造成長期的無謂浪費。

英文摘要

In commercial spaces, working places or living environment, indoor air quality can get worse as dust quantity increases. Human body feels uncomfortable when exposed to such environment. By using air conditioning with air filters, airborne particles would be collected and removed from the air. A primary filter would protect equipment form malfunction and a medium efficiency filter would create a cleaner environment that prevent harm to the human respiratory system.
But installing filters increases a system pressure drop ΔP which makes power consumption of fans higher than before. Government promotes the energy conservation and carbon reducing policy positively. Therefore this research collects the performance data of various types of primary filter and medium efficiency filters in the market, in related to the filter material and quality. Based on a Taipei commercial building annual air conditioning load distribution, energy analysis of different filters in different air conditioners are implemented and compared to simulation power consumption and electrical cost.
This research collects varioustypes ofprimaryfilter and mediumefficiency filterwhich have different material quality, pressure drop and effectiveness in the market. This research results show that in the same filtration efficiency, using different material quality of a filter will have the different pressure drop performance curve. That means the power consumption difference would be larger.
