本研究目的是探討職業駕駛人於門診接受戒菸治療之成效及其相關影響因素之分
析。此研究乃依據台灣南北部各一所醫院之職業駕駛人參與門診戒菸治療之個案進行分
析。本研究收集自2007年7月至2009年6月之尼古丁成癮度4分以上之職業駕駛人門診戒菸
個案，在接受最久長達8週之尼古丁貼片治療後，3個月後再追蹤仍未再抽菸者，為本研
究統計之成功戒菸對象。而3個月後再追蹤如已經開始抽菸者，統計為戒菸失敗。同時並
分析與職業駕駛人戒菸成功之相關因子。本研究納入追蹤統計之職業駕駛人共有38人(男
性38人、女性0人)，在接受最多長達8週之尼古丁貼片治療後，3個月再追蹤後仍成功戒
菸之比率為52.63%。統計與3個月戒菸失敗之相關因子包含年齡、駕駛齡、血壓三項因
子。而與戒菸成功與否無關者則有體重、腰圍、尼古丁成癮度、菸齡、菸量、治療期間
之副作用有無等。職業駕駛人之抽菸攸關乘客的身體健康，其能接受戒菸治療適值得鼓
勵的事。本研究針對職業駕駛人之戒菸成效進行分析，從而了解與其戒菸失敗之相關因
子，做為將來戒菸治療之參考。

This study is to evaluate the effectiveness of outpatient tobacco smoking therapy of occupational drivers in hospitals. We recruited a total of 38 subjects for this study between July 2007 and June 2009.They should be Fagerstrom Tolerance Questionnaire (FTQ) equal to or greater 4, and received a 8 weeks nicotine patch therapy with 3 months follow after therapy. A 3 months abstinence as the primary outcome and were evaluated. We also discovered and analyzed the smoking cessation failure related factors including that age, driver duration and blood pressure. Another factors such as body weight, abdominal circumference, FTQ score,
smoking duration, smoking amount, side effect during therapy revealed insignificance about the failure rate of therapy. The study result provided us an future smoking cessation therapy for occupational drivers.
