近年來技職學生學習情形有些許改變,當學生面對成績不及格時各層面之反應漸漸為教育工作者所關心之話題。本研究經實地訪談並收集資訊,將結果匯集為問卷,經重測信度(0.91)與同時效度(0.88)分析剔除無效問卷後進行簡單統計分析。研究發現機械類科低成就學生群擁有中高度的自尊和成功期望,並找出自尊和成功期望間有明顯的正相關;學生成績不及格時其心情調適的方法多為正面的休閒活動;成功期望高者對於修回學分相當重視,對任課教師會稍稍不滿,對評分標準則有微詞。研究建議為:可於低年級通識教育課程提前對學生輔導以免若往後學生成績低落而自暴自棄,增加師生做深一層的認識與互動技巧,及減少學生對老師教法及評分標準的誤解而使學生能放心的去學習。
The research found the fact that low accomplishments students still had middle to high level of self-esteem and expectancy for success. Students’ self-esteem was evidently proportional to their success expectancy. Most of them could adjust their minds in positive ways. Students with high expectancy for success were serious about the restudy. They had some comments on the teacher and the grade criterion as well. The propose of this study will be to give some mentality guidance for students on the general class in advance to avoid low accomplishments students to give up, to increase interaction skill for both sides so that students and teachers know each other more and deeper, and to less misunderstanding of the students for bad grade criterion from their teachers so they can study easily.
