運用廣義Weibull 競爭失效模式於加速壽命試驗之數據分析，已證實更能掌握產品品質特性，使壽命估計更準確。本文將之擴展至可靠度與壽命信賴區間估計，並進行可靠度靈敏度分析，探討各失效模式及各參數對產品可靠度的影響程度，作為失效改正及降低品質變異之決策參考。研究結果顯示可靠度vs.尺度參數中ai及bi之靈敏度皆為正，其靈敏度曲線呈類似半正弦曲線；形狀參數中a,i β 及b,i β 變動對可靠度影響，與該失效模式之特徵壽命及應力負荷有關，唯該二靈敏度曲線之變化趨勢相反。

demonstrated good approximation in reliability prediction. This paper expands this approach to confidence interval estimation and sensitivity analysis. The results show that the parameters ai and bi are all positive correlated to the reliability, and their sensitivity curves present similar half-sine curve. As well as the sensitivities of reliability vs. parameters a,i β and b,i β have something to do with the characteristic life and environmental loading, but the tendencies of their responding sensitivity curves are varied on the contrary.
