本研究以零工式生產製造系統為對象,整體同步探討製程管制、產品檢驗和在製品存貨數量,含生產時間限制與執行預防維護保養維護的時間,對於生產製造系統所造成之整體影響與相關成本,並藉由預防維護保養規劃之總成本模式,且在期望總成本最小化之前提下,分析並發展求解演算法,以求得此數學模式之最適解,以決定出最適之預防維護保養規劃,並進行案例驗證與分析。最後,透過派工法則對決策者之預防維護保養策略進行排程。
This research focused on a customized production manufacturing system with
multiple and batch processes. By concurrently considering process control, product inspection, work-in-process, production time limit, and execution time of preventive maintenance planning, influences on manufacturing system and cost were analyzed.
According to the total cost model of preventive maintenance planning, a heuristic method was developed to search a feasible and economic solution. While the minimum expecting total cost is reached, the economic preventive maintenance planning is then determined.
