成人型腸套疊造成急性腸阻塞並不常見，而Peutz-JeghersSyndrome患者的腸胃道居肉引發成人型腸套疊也頗 為罕見。我們收集了三個Peutz-JeghersSyndrome的病例，都有典型的臨床上皮膚黏膜色素沉積，急性腸阻塞， 及影像學上腸套疊的表現。熟悉Peutz-JeghersSyndrome此等典型的臨床及影像學上的表現，有助正確的術前 診斷，提示執行術中內視鏡，並儘可能切除癌肉，以減少患者未來再接受于術的機會。

Adult intussusception is occasionally encountered as a cause of acute intestinal obstruction. Peutz-Jeghers syndrome (PJS) with gastrointestinal polyposis is rarely seen as a cause of adult intussusception. We report cases of PJS in three men who were 31， 20 and 17 years old. They had typical clinical presentations of mucocutaneous pigmentation and intestinal obstruction， and image findings of intussusception. Keeping this typical presentation in mind， the clinician can make an accurate pre-operative diagnosis and arrange intraoperative endoscopic polypectomy to reduce the need for repeated laparotomies.
