原發性腎動脈剝離是一種罕見的情況，通常發生在腎臟硬塞之前。臨床的症狀常常類似泌尿道結石，這讓早期診斷變得困難。我們報告一位31歲男性，以在側腰痛4天為主訴。後來腹部電腦斷層掃瞄和血管攝影證實為腎動脈剝離併發腎硬塞，經由保守治療，病人症狀改善至今。

Spontaneous renal artery dissection (SRAD) is a rare condition that occurs prior to renal infarction. The clinical presentation often mimics urolithiasis， which makes it difficult to diagnosis in the beginning. We describe a 31-year-old male patient who presented with left flank pain for 4 days. Renal artery dissection complicated with renal infarction was diagnosed using abdominal computed tomography (CT) and angiogram. Thepatient was treated with conservative methods and was free of symptoms
